May joined Global Speech Academy full-time in April 2020 during the height of the Covid crisis in Singapore. She immediately put her many years of experience in finance and company administration to work by developing complex operating systems to enhance workflow, track financials, and provide higher levels of care for our rapidly increasing client base.
Her role includes everything from customer relations and marketing research, to social media & event management. She’s our all-around superhero, managing our projects, events, and trainers, ensuring the company runs smoothly, and giving every client the attention and care they deserve.
May stands on the front lines of our company and she is always happy to take your call, answer your questions and help however she can. Always learning and armed with a ‘can-do’ spirit, May has quickly proven herself to be an indispensable member of the Global Speech Academy team.
